Once we have the information we need, along with a copy of your existing menu and some established goals, the analysis begins. We will dissect the mechanics of your menu in a variety of ways, including the use of a small focus group to assist in determining your menu's natural 'hot spots' and most memorable items and descriptions.
The process takes about two weeks and once complete, we will present you with a report outlining our findings, along with a detailed list of suggestions to improve the effectiveness of your menu. Included in our service is a three and six month follow-up, to monitor the impact of the changes made as well as determine if any additional tweaking may further enhance the performance of your menu.
